The Moral Supervisor In Me

These Intellectual Virtues As I’ve been learning more about the intellectual virtues, I feel the greatest connection I’ve made with these virtues is with Perseverance vs. Laziness. According to Paul and Elder (2014), I need to use truths despite frustrations and irrational opposition of others. In many ways, I feel as if I have only just begun to exercise my skills as a leader. To be a leader, it requires inner strength to overcome challenges and much of the time, think skin. My strategy has always been to learn from those around me, both from mentors and subordinates. Some people I’ve spoken to about my leadership qualities have said I am overly logical and analyze data before deciding. Simple Standards And Why They Should Matter

For as long as I can remember, my friend Ed has always been late. In fact, Ed is so habitually late that he has his own time that I call "Ed Time". Even though Ed is late to  EVERYTHING , I still like him and he's my friend.  My buddy Dave is a super funny guy and is always on-time, but only when its convenient for him. Dave will either be on-time or so early that you'll never have to think twice about him being like Ed. But that's only if he shows up at all!  Do you know anyone like Ed or Dave?
